Founded in 2004, United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) Sweden is a leading non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-political educational advocacy organization dedicated to promoting the interests, rights, and cultural identity of Macedonians across the globe. As part of the larger UMD global network, the Swedish branch plays a vital role in strengthening the connection between the diaspora and the homeland.
